The Snow King Resort is again offering a NRMERA group rate for the annual conference. Conference attendees can apply these rates to rooms reserved anytime between October 5, 2009 and October 13, 2009. Reservations can be made by calling Snow King at 1-800-522-KING (book by phone if you plan to stay before or after the conference dates) or booking online at www.snowkingresort.com. For those wishing to book online, the group ID is 16964 and the password is 624. A block of rooms will be reserved for us until September 10, 2009; after that group rates will still be available but rooms will be released.

There is no charge for children 13 years of age and under when accompanying a full paying adult, utilizing existing bedding. There is a $10 per night rollaway charge.
Airport Shuttle: Snow King Resort will provide registered hotel guests complimentary transportation to and from the Jackson Hole Airport, located 9 miles away.
Parking: Snow King Resort offers complimentary parking for registered hotel guests.
